This has no effect on the setting for maximum bandwidth per attendee. For ethernet connections, the maximum bandwidth is 60 MBPS, and 15 MBPS for wifi connections. To better adapt to weaker networks, each parent device is limited to a maximum bandwidth, which, when exceeded by child devices, triggers the parent device to connect to no additional child devices.
